This 4 week ‘practice in your own time’ program is the perfect way to kickstart your yoga journey, or to develop your existing practise by returning to the fundamentals.

During the program we learn the fundamental elements of yoga breath, movement, alignment & flow.
Building our knowledge, understanding & passion for the practice of a vinyasa based flow yoga from the foundation.
practice anytime & repeat often
These classes can be practiced in your own home at a time that suits you. Whilst they are designed as a one hour class, they are broken down so you can practice individual segments at a time if that better suits your schedule.
I highly recommend that these classes are practised as many times as you like to help you on your yoga journey.

On booking your program you will receive a YouTube link to your week 1 class - a 1 hour class broken down into smaller manageable segments.
Every week for 4 weeks you will receive the next class in the program. .
