Throughout the day we will share techniques, practices & tools to help you re-energise body and mind following the darker winter months.
Beginning the day with an uplifting yoga practice to improve circulation and stimulate wellness, helps us to release and let go of the lethargy of winter. We will follow this with a blend of energising movement, restorative yoga, breathing practices, self massage and an introduction to mindfulness and meditation.
